Rebekah (Becca)

Owner/Lead Instructor

“I hold a B.A. in Exercise Science and had the good fortune of being introduced to Pilates in 2003. As a lifelong athlete, I am drawn to the Pilates Method of physical rigor and rehabilitative power. Pilates helped me personally resolve some overuse injuries, and I was able to maintain strength, mobility, and focus throughout my numerous setbacks. Wanting to share my newfound passion with others, I completed my Pilates instructor training in 2007, and remain comprehensively certified through PEAK Pilates.

In my personal life, I enjoy running, biking, and practicing Pilates when I am not at one of my kids’ sporting events or other activities. My husband and I, our 2 kids, and dog (Gussy) have lived in Minneapolis, MN since 2007. “

Brittney

Instructor

Brittney (BK) has been in the fitness industry since 2016. She graduated from Winona State University acquiring a degree in Exercise Science with an emphasis in Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation, and a Nutrition minor. Upon graduating, she became certified in personal training, nutrition coaching and CrossFit coaching. After personal training for one year, she found herself with some injuries that were leading to surgeries. She started taking Pilates and fell in love with it. She obtained a certification in teaching Pilates the next year because of her love for it. Now, she takes Pilates classes weekly to help maintain mobility and strengthen smaller muscles which aids in strength training, another passion of hers. She loves sharing her passion for fitness and helping others reach their goals.

Anastayia

Instructor

I have been teaching Pilates since 2020 and am a NASM certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist and Precision Nutrition certified Nutrition Coach. I was drawn to Pilates initially as just a way of supplementing my weight lifting routine. After experiencing a concussion, I was in a lot of pain and my Pilates instructor helped me get out pain and be able to lift again. This is when I fell in love with Pilates, how in-tune it helps you be with your body, and how it can be modified for anyone. Now my favorite part of teaching Pilates is helping others get out of pain and watching them gain more awareness and control of their body.

In my personal life, I love lifting, Pilates, and spending time with my husband, daughter, and two cats.

Lisa

Instructor

Lisa has been teaching Pilates since 2015, and was a dance instructor for over 10 years prior to her Pilates career.  Lisa realized that Pilates was the key to maintain a balanced body after using Pilates based physical therapy for chronic hip pain.  Joseph Pilates said “The Pilates Method teaches you to be in control of your body, not at its mercy.”… and in every private session and class that Lisa teaches, that’s her goal… to teach you to more deeply know yourself.

Lisa lives in Plymouth with her husband, 2 daughters, and 1 pup and loves to be outside gardening, skiing, hiking, mountain biking or traveling with her family.

Carolyn

Instructor

I became a Pilates student in 2007 and fell in love with it! Leading a busy life and raising a family, I looked forward to Pilates class because I always left feeling more relaxed and mobile. Pilates was a great fit for me and the exercises helped me rebuild my core strength after having children and rehabilitating from a broken knee. As my children grew and I had more time to dedicate to exercise, my passion for Pilates grew. I took the CoreDynamics Pilates Teacher Training Program in 2018 and received a comprehensive Pilates teaching certificate in August 2020. By bringing Pilates into my daily life, I became more present in my body and my strength, flexibility and posture improved.  I am passionate about teaching Pilates because I have gained so much quality of life from my Pilates practice.  I enjoy helping others on their Pilates journey to gain more body awareness, strength, and mobility as well as learning how their bodies are designed to move.
